Tubular YouTube client screws preorders over

Remember many months ago Phil Ryu was promoting Tubular (Then Inner Tube) on his blog and they were selling preorders to it

Well the thing isn’t even out yet, all that people who spent money on the preorder have got is a barely functional beta, the thing is months away and he’s still selling it!
