OS X automator workflow for converting Xvid, Divx, WMV files for Apple TV

With the arrival of my Apple TV I needed a solution to be able to automatically convert my Xvid, Divx, WMV files to the Apple TV format, and then import them into iTunes. I created step-by-step instructions on how I setup the workflow and a folder action. Now I can just drop the files I want converted and everything happens automatically for me.
